For young adults who are looking for support and direction in a complicated world

“Love, Like Starlight, Never Dies”

We want to raise awareness of the risk of suicide amongst young adults.  By creating a dialogue about mental health, and neurodivergence issues we intend to foster a more understanding and informed community.  It is our belief that by working with families and friends we can create a secure support network.
GMS is a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to supporting young adults facing mental health challenges. Our mission is to offer free and low-cost counselling and holistic therapies to those in need within Pembrokeshire.
Additionally, we organise events throughout the year to foster community engagement and promote well-being.
We are committed to advancing openness, acceptance, and awareness for individuals across all spectrums. We recognise the urgent need to provide compassionate care and support for neurodivergent individuals and others who may struggle to seek help.
