What You Can Expect
Our Holistic Wellbeing Day is designed for anyone looking to take a break from the stresses of daily life and focus on their mental and emotional health. Whether you are new to holistic therapies or have already experienced their benefits, this event offers something for everyone. Attendees will have access to:
- Free and low-cost counselling services provided by our experienced team of professionals
- Holistic therapies such as QEC, Kinesiology, sound therapy, and more to help you find balance and relaxation
- Workshops and interactive sessions focused on mindfulness, stress reduction, and building resilience
- Guest speakers offering valuable insights into mental health, well-being, and self-care
- Community engagement activities designed to foster connection and support among attendees
This event is part of our ongoing effort to provide accessible mental health services to the Pembrokeshire community, with a particular focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals who often face unique challenges when seeking help. Our goal is to create an open, accepting space where everyone can explore their mental health in a holistic and compassionate way.
