Andrew

No one understands you better than you. I offer a safe and judgement free environment where you can bring any issues currently causing you disruption to your life, be that large or small.

I believe that everyone is completely unique and by working together we can come up with a wholly individual path to help you move forward from whatever issues you are currently experiencing.

I work face-to-face, online via WhatsApp video call or phone call sessions, depending on what you are more comfortable with, for anyone aged 18 and over.

Our first session will be a chance to meet and get to know each other before embarking on your journey to improved mental health.

I have experience working with a large range of issues covering many areas of mental health, including working as a Specialist Cancer and Psychological Services Counsellor for the NHS and as a Wellbeing Counsellor for LGBTQ+ Cymru Helpline (now progress Cymru).

In addition to these specific roles, I have also worked with: depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, gender dysphoria, body dysmorphia, low self-esteem, panic attacks, addiction (including sex), anger management, emotional abuse, rape, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, self-harm, suicidal ideation (thoughts), trauma, bereavement, personality disorders, PTSD, and cancer related complications.
