I have been practising Yoga for over 30 years and teaching for over 20 years now.
Drawn to yoga as a teenager I experienced an instant love for the practice and very quickly  appreciated the benefits and therapeutic qualities it could offer.
My practice has evolved over time. One of the many wonderful aspects I love about yoga is that whatever age you are (or where you might be in life) there is always a practice for you.
I teach Hatha flow, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. I also specialise in 1 – 1 Yoga Therapy. I have additional training in pregnancy Yoga and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation technique).
