I create a safe space to talk and be energetically held. I offer reiki, and reiki rose healing which is a very gentle and loving version of reiki, and also massage.

I work with young women’s circles – with a ‘healing the inner girl focus- my sense is that when girls haven’t had the holding, boundaries and affirmation needed when young they can get a bit lost- so for e.g. one part would be looking at the Seal Skin Selkie story and talk about where we give parts of ourselves away in order to feel loved….

It is my belief that together we can create a new culture that sees rites of passage as our birthright. How can we create this new pattern? By starting with ourselves, going back, healing our “inner red girl”, celebrating her, giving her the ceremony she needed/wished for, listening to our body wisdom and our cycles and supporting one another!

By recovering and initiating ourselves we can hold our daughters and sons in wisdom and strength.

I will lead you through these thresholds, tenderly holding and guiding your inner girl as we create space for healing.

Re-write your “her story” through self enquiry work, so you can connect to and access your inner girl, what her needs might have been had she been invited to be held and witnessed by her loved ones, through journalling, cycle charting, moon connection, meditation and craft work.
I bring in the 9 passages- looking at thresholds from birth to present.

I have experience with addiction counselling, trauma work and teach relaxation and reiki.
