My approach is integrative and draws on different modalities including Adlerian psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy with a focus on encouragement, hope and collaboration. I offer therapy tailored to each individual’s needs by creating a safe, non-judgmental space that encourages self-awareness and growth. For the last 15 years I have worked with diverse client groups from refugees and asylum seekers in the nonprofit sector to in-patient psychiatric facilities. I have worked with issues including stress and anxiety and depression, trauma, eating disorders, OCD, personality disorders and with survivors of rape and sexual abuse.
